MAC & Meadow offers custom sawmilling using a professional-grade Peterson Portable Sawmills reciprocating sawmill, producing high-quality, locally milled lumber for landscape and garden projects — as well as standalone milling services for clients beyond our design work. For integrated landscape projects, custom milling allows us to create natural wood elements such as raised beds, pergolas, fencing, and seating that feel cohesive and purpose-built. Milling to specification reduces waste and supports a more sustainable, locally sourced approach to outdoor spaces. We also mill wood independently for landowners, builders, and homeowners. Logs can be delivered by the client, or we can coordinate sourcing and transport on their behalf, with all costs clearly outlined and billed. Services include: -Custom milling for landscape, garden, and building projects -Standalone sawmilling (no design services required) -Client-supplied or sourced logs -Project-specific lumber dimensions -Thoughtful milling, whether part of a larger landscape or a service on its own.
